Time never stops. I wanted to demonstrate the strength of architecture against the tides of time, and so I framed the strong lines of this 1740’s Rococo folly, against the backdrop of our orbit.
Whilst not always perceived by us, we move at incredible speeds and the stars appear to envelope us in a vortex of light.
I captured the Earth’s rotation for over three hours to show the apparent movement of the stars, and how the Exedra continues to stand the test of time against a back-drop of an ever changing world.
